areas. It runs a hospital that caters to 40,00 patients a year from
1,000 villages in a radius of 150 kms. It also runs a residential
school for about 500 tribal children. Agricultural extension is
another important activity of LBP where the hybrid paddy varieties
were distributed to the tribals so that they could get higher yields.

prostitutes. Its activities include development and re-integration
of women and child victims of commercial sexual exploitation. To
eliminate Second Generation Trafficking of the children Victims
of Commercial Sexual Exploitation & Trafficking (VOCSET). To
prevent Commercial Sexual Exploitation (CSE) of children, minor,
under aged girls and young women. To provide and Optional Dignified
Life to the children of women VOCSET through comprehensive social
intervention in their situation. More particularly, to give inputs
like education, shelter, health, nutrition, recreation, vocational
training, personality development, value education, counseling,
etc.

Notes: PM aims at helping the poor street children in skill development
and entrepreneurship and thus creates a status in the family and
the community. Some of its training programmes include vocational
training in driving a car, security guard training and domestic
helpers training. Small business orientation, training and micro-credit
are other activities of the organization.
